Journal of Scientific Metrics and Evaluation (JoSME) is an international, open-access scholarly journal focused on the exploration and analysis of scientific metrics and evaluation processes in the realm of research. The journal is published by Plataforma de Gestión, Acción e Investigación Social since 2023.

JoSME invites submissions of original works, systematic reviews, case studies, and theoretical essays addressing critical issues in the measurement and evaluation of science. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and application of impact indicators, citation network analyses, research policy evaluations, studies on scientific publishing behavior, and the role of metadata in science evaluation.
